How this integrates with Care
Nutrition services are provided by a Registered Dietician and may be coordinated with Psychiatric, therapeutic, Physical Therapy, or sensori-motor care care when indicated. Collaboration occurs within The Self Centre’s unified clinical governance framework and only with appropriate consent. Nutrition support compliements but does not replace medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic care.
Who this is for
Nutrition support may be helpful for individuals seeking guidance around eating patterns, energy, mood, stress, or the relationship between nutrition and overall well-being. Services are appropriate for a wide range of needs and do not require participation in other services at The Self Centre.
Patient Choice & Sequenced Care
Access to nutrition services follows The Self Centre’s sequenced care model, meaning services are introduced following consultation or assessment when appropriate. Nutrition support is offered as an optional service and is never required in order to access other care pathways.
