We offer comprehensive evaluations for children & adults, medication management, coordination with your existing healthcare team, caregiver education, counseling, EMDR, support groups, school advocacy, guidance on crisis planning and telehealth. Alis has over 35 years of experience and is excited to help you find your centre. During your appointment at The SELF Centre, we will introduce you to both our private office space and our studio space. Both are designed to bring ease , calm and freedom. You will have the option of moving between these spaces throughout your time here, because grounding the nervous system through a menu of complimentary and optional calming supports may lead to better outcomes. Our mother-daughter team approach to mind and body wellness aims to elevate the standard of Psychiatric Care. During your appointments, we will both be available to you and your family and bring our combined 50 years of experience in patient care to help strengthen the body,mind, and spirit.
